How long does my order take to ship?

I’m in middle school so I have homework and extracurriculars that take up lots of time so my mom helps with shipping - also I don’t drive so, there’s that. She is usually able to ship out your order between 2-4 days from the order date. We use USPS priority shipping for all packages. But good news - if you are local (Stuart to Port St Lucie) we offer local in person delivery for no charge. We love this option!

How do you calculate shipping?

We go by what the postal service tells us we gotta pay to ship your stuff. We use USPS Priority shipping in most cases so you will get your stuff faster but that can vary by size of box and where the box is going. We don’t make money off our shipping…we just pay the post office to deliver it.

What if I have an allergy? 

We use all natural ingredients and quality is important to us. Our ingredients are listed on each product. However, it is still possible to experience and adverse reaction to some ingredients. All of our soaps are all made with olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, shea butter and avocado oil. We use natural micas, clays and activated charcoal as colorants and high quality fragrance oils. If you have allergies to any of these ingredients then please refrain from using our soap. It will make us sad but it’s better for everyone in the long run.

Please note: we do occasionally use ground walnut shells in some soaps and that will be clearly listed on the label. If you have a nut allergy, avoid this product.

If any product causes irritation, please discontinue use and consult a physician. If you are using one of our exfoliating soaps, please do not use on sensitive areas or over-exfoliate. That can hurt. All products are meant for external use (even though some look good enough to eat — DON’T) and K Soap cannot be held responsible if you don’t follow the rules.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right.

Why does my soap bar look different than the image on the site?

Everything is hand made so no two bars of soap will ever look exactly the same. Soap making is just as much an art as it is a science. And sometimes I just get a creative bug and mix things up a little bit!
